Four temporary installations located in strategic spaces in the cities of Figueres (Plaça de l’Ajuntament), Girona (Plaça de la Independència), Olot (Plaça 1 d’Octubre), and Banyoles (Plaça Major) showcase the 26 projects that have reached the finalist phase in the 27th edition of the Girona Counties Architecture Awards. These projects cover different areas of action: architecture, interior design, landscapes, and ephemeral interventions.
These ephemeral installations not only serve as viewing points for the selected projects but also as a link to the awards website www.premisarquitecturagirona.cat, where all relevant information about the current edition and the previous 26 editions can be found.
This promotional action, which aims to project and internationalize the talent emerging from the Girona region, will lead to the exhibition of the awarded and selected works, which will open on 13 June following the awards ceremony, taking place at 7:30 p.m. at the Girona Branch of the COAC (Plaça de la Catedral, 8, Girona).
