Because of the Thinking Biennale, the CCCB and the Open Centre of Architecture collaborate and present City symphonies, a new audiovisual project of the CCCB which aims to see and analyse the urban space through the itineraries of different filmmakers, to create a collection of audiovisual works that bear witness to the cities of the beginning of the 21st century.
In the first series, seven films were produced, filmed in Barcelona and other cities in the metropolitan area. The selection was made by giving a voice to both established and emerging filmmakers and working in collaboration with the professional collective Visual Women.
