Once again, COAC Barcelona is promoting the Architecture Festivals, which this year will be held at Llars Mundet from May 17 to June 21, as part of the 2025 Architecture Weeks.

The fifth of the family workshops will be BUILDING WITH PLASTER, led by architects Marta Domènech and David López, ETSAB.

This workshop invites participants to experiment with form and material, suitable for all ages and ideal for families. It is a practical and creative activity that offers an experimental approach to architectural design, allowing participants to understand the relationship between structure and form through the behavior of materials. Space and structure are created together through play, intuition, and direct experience with the material.

ARCHITECTURE FESTIVALS 2025

COAC Barcelona is promoting the Architecture Festivals from May 17 to June 21, as part of the 2025 Architecture Weeks. During this period, Barcelona becomes the epicenter of a wide range of activities related to architecture, urbanism, design, and the city—going beyond disciplinary boundaries, highlighting the social role of architects, valuing the architecture of the territory, raising awareness of heritage, and encouraging the discovery of the environment.

As a major new feature, the Festivals will take place in a single location: Llars Mundet, which will serve as the hub for the activities that COAC Barcelona is preparing for Barcelona’s World Capital of Architecture 2026.
