The Girona Branch of the COAC is once again taking part in “Girona, Temps de Flors”, hosting two patios in the Pia Almoina exhibition hall and in the space known as El Pati. The latter bears the title “For You, Rosa. Heartfelt Memory”, a tribute to Rosa Maria Labayen Coderch (1923–2024). It features a multimedia summary by Luís Camargo, highlighting ten years of Temps de Flors, with images of Rosa Maria Labayen in her iconic home in the Barri Vell, the Casa Lleó-Avinay.
As president of the Amics de la Girona Antiga, Rosa Maria Labayen was a driving force behind “Girona, Temps de Flors”, a cultural activist in Girona, and a familiar presence for years at the Pia Almoina building of the Architects’ Association of Catalonia.
