As part of the traveling exhibition of the 4th edition of the Architecture Exhibit through the Library Network of the Diputación de Barcelona, and specifically at the Ca L’Altisent Library in Sant Climent de Llobregat, the opening talk will be given by Sònia Hernàndez-Montaño Bou.
This session will provide an overview of the various design criteria that impact people’s health, bringing architectural design closer to the science of the exposome.
Sònia Hernàndez-Montaño Bou
An architect with a master’s degree in bioconstruction from IEB-UdL, Sònia Hernández-Montaño Bou is the coordinator of the Health Working Group at COAC and an advisor to various institutions (including COAC itself) on incorporating health criteria in construction. She teaches at universities and private centers, publishes in specialized press, and is the founder of arquitecturasana.com, a firm specializing in bioconstruction and healthy architecture.
