The architect of the Equipment and Public Space Service of the Barcelona Council, Montserrat Montalbo, presented the Special Mention of the Diba Award. There were also interventions by Irene Raya, COAC correspondent in Vilanova i la Geltrú, and Josep Torrents, coordinator of the Garraf – Alt Penedès COAC territorial group. During the presentation, Bestraten highlighted the importance of territorial deployment, to bring COAC closer to all the architects of the region and at the same time bring the architects closer to society. For his part, Camps recalled the role of the COAC Architecture Exhibitions, which is to value the work of architects, the initiative of promoters, and disseminate the most relevant architecture of the regions. In addition, to help create a documentary collection and to recognise and stimulate the efforts of the authors and the agents involved.

During the event there was a musical performance by the architect and violinist, Carmina Font, Marina Parellada (cello) and Albert Flores (viola).
